to give oral evidence and produce all necessary documents
Further and in the alternative an order pursuant to Section
18(2)(e) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 requiring Sir Joseph
Pilling to attend to give oral evidence and produce all necessary documents;
Further and in the alternative an order pursuant to Order 53
Rule 8 and Order 38 Rule2(3) directing that Sir Joseph Pilling attend at the
Royal Courts of Justice for the purposes of submitting to cross examination in
respect of his affidavits filed in the above matter.
