Roisin graduated in 1991 from Queen's University Belfast
and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1994.
She specialises in Family Law and has a special interest
in Children Order cases both public and private, protection from Domestic
Violence, maintenance and financial settlements.
She is the Secretary of the Association of Family
Solicitors for Children and Member of Law Society Panel of Children Order
Solicitors.
Roisin was one of the first Solicitors in this
jurisdiction to train as a Collaborative Family Lawyer and is a Member of the
Management Committee of Cloona Child Contact Centre. |

Jack Quigley

Jack graduated from the University of Ulster in 2003 with
a 2:1 LLb(Hons) in Law and Government. He subsequently obtained an LLM in Human
Rights and Criminal Justice from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2005. Jack was
admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2007 having completed his Professional
Studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen’s University,
Belfast.
Jack advises a wide range of clients in various types of
cases, from private individuals to local and national companies in both the
media and construction sectors in claims up to £500,000.00.
Jack has had carriage of successful Applications for
Judicial Review in both the High Court and Court of Appeal against various
public authorities such as the NI Prison Service, Chief Constable and the Life
Sentence Review Commissioners. He also represented life sentenced prisoners in
hearings before the Parole Commissioners for Northern Ireland.
He frequently represented clients facing Criminal charges
at Police Stations and all levels of Court. He had personal carriage of an
appeal to the Court of Appeal that led to the Appellant’s Crown Court Conviction
being quashed and no retrial being ordered.
He also successfully represented clients in High Court
Injunction proceedings brought against national newspapers and has represented
applicants in actions against the British Government before the European Court
of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Jack recently acted in the first ever appeal before the
newly constituted NI Health and Safety Tribunal.
Jack has also advised clients in the defence of Road
Traffic Accidents, Personal Injury, Public Liability and Employment Liability
actions.
Away from work Jack is a keen footballer and golfer and he
enjoys circuit training 3 times per week. |
